Track your order We will deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation or Order Placed email. MANGA delivery times are between 2- 4 weeks. If the estimated delivery date for your order has passed and your tracking information hasn’t changed, please select the Contact Us button below

Reschedule your delivery To reschedule your delivery please select contact us below.

Change your delivery addressChanging your delivery address after placing an order is not possible. However, if you are not available to receive your order at your original delivery address, you are able to reschedule your delivery date here should your order be eligible by contacting us.

About delivery options & time frames MANGA offers a safe and convenient method for receiving your order: Collection at any Pargo Pickup Point anywhere in South Africa. Shipping times range from 2 – 4weeks depending on stock availability (as most of our garments are made exclusively to fit your selected size chart).

About delivery fees MANGA offers Standard Delivery free for orders totalling R500 or more.

Item missing or incorrect in order receivedIf you have a missing or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received and provide us with the following info;


  The number of items missing

The product title of the missing items

Whether the order received was received in a good condition and sealed i.e. the box or parcel was      not tampered with

Whether someone else received the order on your behalf. e.g. reception

International shipping & delivery We do not ship outside of South African borders at this time.

Returns

Can I return my product?

If you have changed your mind and would like to exchange or return an unwanted product, note that these items can only be returned if they are in the original product packaging with all seals intact, including labels and stickers.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

 

How do I return my product?Go to your Returns Page and follow the easy steps below to log a return request.

  1. Refer to the Order# and the state the item description you want to return, and choose the most relevant ‘Reason for Return’
  2. Select your ‘Preferred Outcome’:
  • Credit my Account
  • Refund to Original Payment Method
  • Replace Item

3. If applicable, complete any additional information requested

Note: Only products from the same order can be added to one return request

4. Once you have added the items you wish to return,

      5. Add your preferred contact details to receive collection notifications via SMS

Note: Return status email updates will only be sent to the MANGA account holder who logged the return request

6. Submit your return request and await feedback via email

Additional Info:

  • Returns that are not due to factory defects will be at the cost of the customer
  • You will receive updates on the status of your return via email.

All about return methods & fees MANGA offers hassle-free returns and does not charge any return administration fees in the event of a wrong or defected product delivered. We will collect the item from you free of charge.

Cancel my return Contact us or call us to cancel your return.

Can I exchange or Replace a product? Yes, we offer exchanges for size and colour variations within 30 days of delivery or collection. We offer replacements for the following:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The product is not what you ordered or not as described

To exchange for a different size / colour:

  1. Go to > Contact Us
  2. Title the log ‘Return’ 
  3. Reference the relevant order
  4. Reference the relevant product
  5. State the “Reason for return” as “I want to exchange it for different size/colour

Can I change my collection address once I have logged a return? When your return has been logged changing your collection address is not possible.

Returning a product without accessories or its partner product The complete product, including all its accessories has to be returned as we may need to replace the entire product.

The product I received is not what I orderedIf we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you, you have 7 days to log a return request by following the steps below.

If we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you, please follow the steps below and we will collect the product from you at no charge:

  1. Go to > Contact Us
  2. Title the log ‘Not what I ordered’ 
  3. Reference the relevant order
  4. Reference the relevant product
  5. Reference ‘Wrong product delivered’ as your return reason
  6. Provide a detailed description of the product received
  7. If applicable, complete any additional information as requested
  8. Submit Return Request

If you have selected ‘Replace Item’ as your preferred outcome, one of our customer service agents will reach out to you via email for more detailed information about the product received.

How soon will I get a refund or credit on my return?A refund will be processed after your item has been received and evaluated by our returns team. Once your return has been evaluated, the refund processing time is based on your original order’s payment method.

If you paid with Credit & Debit CardeBucks, Nedbank Personal Loan, Discovery Miles, Mobicred, your refund will be processed via the original payment method used for your order. Funds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

If you paid with PayFastOzowNSFAS / Cellbux Wallet, Cash on Delivery or MasterPass, you will be granted MANGA credit and have the option to convert that credit into an EFT refund. You will be notified once your MANGA order has been credited, thereafter you can proceed with the steps below.

To process your EFT refund:

  1. Go to Contact Us

  3. one of our customer service agents will reach out to you via email for more detailed information

Orders & Cancellations Topics

How do I cancel an order?You can cancel an order if you have not yet paid for it. On selected orders you will need to contact us for some assistance.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?It is not possible to add or remove items in your order. On selected orders we can assist you with other order options.

Why have you cancelled my order?There are 2 main reasons why your order may need to be cancelled and you will be notified via email with the reason for the cancellation;

  • Payment not received
  • Delivery not collected after xx days
  • if your order has been cancelled, credit will be applied for the amount you have already paid. If you would prefer a refund, visit Credit and Refunds

How do I request an invoice?You can request an invoice once your order has been collected by simply going onto our website Contact Us tab.

Collecting your order You will receive a ready for collection email, Pargo will provide you with a co instructions on where and how you can collect your order at your selected Pargo Pickup Point.

Standard returns policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms. This Policy applies to products bought from MANGA itself and not from Third Party Sellers.

Certain parts of this Policy do not apply to reconditioned products or used products, and this is indicated in the relevant sections below.

This Policy forms part of the MANGA Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  • package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
    • clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
    • include all accessories and that were sold with the product.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

1: Unwanted products

You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
    • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
    • you log a return on the Website within 7 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 7  days, you can only return a product if it is defective; and

Changed your mind?

Where you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not:

  • used or damaged in any way or form.

You will send the product to us at your cost. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your Order with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

Want to exchange?

Fashion and sportswear products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available.. In such a case, you will send the product to us at your cost and we will deliver the requested product to you at no charge. If such variation is not available, we will credit your order with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return.

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to follow the process set out in section 2 below. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

2: Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the Website.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible (if we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your order with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

3: Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality,  and in good working order and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 3:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
    • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
    • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
    • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
    • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and

4: Charges and refunds

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law)  refuse the return,  or only to replace the item that you did return; or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item only.

If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse MANGA for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Under no circumstances will donations you make on our Website, or any goodwill credit you may receive from us, be refunded.

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account, and payment by Discovery Miles or eBucks will be refunded to your Discovery Miles or eBucks account.

If you used the Nedbank Personal Loan payment method, your refund will be processed as follows:

If, at any time, items are returned (and such return is approved by MANGA) in accordance with the this Returns policy or cancelled before delivery in accordance with customer terms and conditions, the value of the validated refund or cancelled item (as the case may be) will be credited to your loan account or repaid to you by Nedbank.

However, if you, within 30 days of that order being placed,  process a return of your entire order (and such return is approved by MANGA) in accordance with the Return Policy or you cancel your entire order before delivery, and there is no delivery charge on the order, then Nedbank will refund you with any fees and interest due on the loan and cancel the loan accordingly.
